Videography Services

Videography is no longer a service that Library and IT provides in-house. However, it does not mean that there is no hope of having your event video taped. A couple options exist depending on the purpose for the video or the quality desired.

The first option is to do it yourself! The Equipment Desk, located in the Bertrand Library, has a number of digital video cameras available for campus use. Many of the cameras record directly on to a flash memory card that you can download directly to your computer, make simple edits and then burn a dvd or post to a website.

The second option is to contact Event Technology Services to hire a professional videographer. If you need a quality product in a short period of time, this is the option for you. We primarily use a local Lewisburg videographer that is professional, efficient and provides a quality final product in the formats that you need to accomplish your goals. To hire a videographer, we need at least two weeks notice and a budget number that we can charge the incurred fees to. An estimate of cost can be supplied at your request. The ability to have a videographer is dependent upon availability so if you need this service, the sooner we know, the more likely we will be able to accommodate your needs.
