We’re happy to present (with thanks to the Bucknell Professional network and our own Jesse Greenawalt) a recap of a Bucknell Professional Network program called “The New Age of Cyber Security” that took place on June 22, 2017 in Boston, Massachusetts for Bucknell alumni. The featured speaker was Bucknell University’s Chief Information Security Officer, Chris Bernard. Chris provided an expert-level view of the current state of IT threats on the horizon in 2017 and beyond. Participants were able to learn about the current state of phishing, spear-phishing, whaling, ransomware and how to protect their information and identification online.
